Warranty Terms

HingePost, LLC (“we,” “our” or “us”) warrants only to the original consumer purchaser (“you” or
“your”) that your new automated locking stake post shall be free of defects in workmanship and
materials for one year from the date of purchase. As proof of purchase, retain your original bill
of sale, including the delivery date.

The warranty will be voided if the product has been altered or improperly installed. In addition, this Limited Warranty does not cover any defects or damage due to normal wear and tear; unauthorized repair; or external causes such as accidents, abuse, misuse or other actions or events beyond our reasonable control. Further, this warranty does not cover scratches, abrasions, or deterioration due to the use of paints, solvents, chemicals or abrasive cleaning techniques. All
warranty concerns should be directed to the manufacturer, not the dealer where the product was
purchased.

Authorization must be obtained before you return the item for warranty inspection. Products that we authorize to be inspected must be shipped freight prepaid at your expense. Subject to other limitations set forth in this Limited Warranty, we will at our sole discretion either repair or replace the stake post or portion thereof subject to warranty free of charge. No refunds or credits will be allowed.

Automated locking stake posts that we repair or replace will be returned to you by ground transportation and charges prepaid by us. This applies within the continental United States or to
the point of embarkation within the continental United States and via UPS ground (or similar)
service. You will be responsible for any charges associated with expedited delivery or freight
charges outside the continental United States.

Please submit all warranty concerns to: info@hingepost.com. Include pictures and an
explanation of the complaint. After a warranty claim has been accepted by HingePost, an RMA
number will be issued together with address and return information.

Products that are authorized to be returned and inspected but which do not qualify for warranty,
and which are not repaired at your expense, will be subject to a US$50.00 inspection fee and
returned to you, at your expense.
